Arrive 15-20 Minutes Early
At your first visit, please plan to arrive around 15-20 minutes early. Our receptionists will make sure your registration paperwork is in order, and bring you up to speed on our other policies and procedures. |

Bring Your Pet's Medical History
It's extremely helpful to our veterinary doctors and veterinary assistants to have as much medical information as possible about your pet at his or her first visit with us. If you are transferring care from another veterinary provider, you may need to contact their office to request these records, if you don't already have the information available. |
